Customer information

1. Delivery date, delivery restrictions

Delivery takes place at the latest within 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank (in the case of prepayment) or after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of cash on delivery or purchase on account).

If there are delivery restrictions for a product, we will point this out in the product offer

Shipping costs: Here you can find the shipping costs

Accepted means of payment: Last name, PayPal, invoice, prepayment

2. Note on the course of the withdrawal period

So that the cancellation period begins to run, you must also inform your customers about the cancellation policy together with the terms and conditions in text form. I advise every customer to send the terms and conditions by email as an attachment after the purchase has been made.

b) Shipping costs according to weight

You specify the shipping costs incurred according to weight. You can of course do this too. Then just remember to include the weight of each item. Otherwise the consumer does not know what the shipping costs will be and this would be inadmissible.

Pursuant to Section 1 (2) No. 2 PAngV, anyone who offers end consumers commercially or commercially or regularly in any other way goods or services in order to conclude a distance contract must, in addition to paragraph 1 and Section 2, paragraph 2, state that the goods or services Requested prices include sales tax and other price components and whether additional delivery and shipping costs are incurred. If there are additional delivery and shipping costs, the amount must be stated. If it is not possible to state these costs in advance in certain cases, the details of the calculation must be given so that the end consumer can easily calculate the amount.
